development staff in such areas as grantwriting, research methodology
& special-event planning |
| Assist
development staff in creating internal systems for donor and
prospect management |
| Review
staff output or supervise development staff, as needed |
| Coach
volunteers with regard to fund development activities |

Develop
effective communications strategies |
| Write
and edit impactful brochures, newsletters, annual reports and
other collateral materials |
| Create
results-oriented direct mail pieces |

Serve as team leader for design, photography and print coordination |
